# Snaply 0.1.54

2026-03-23•v0.1.54

## Highlights

### 1. Redesigned chat experience

The Writing Assistant chat got a complete visual overhaul with a new layout, inline mode and model selection, and pre-filled prompts that guide you through grammar, polish, and translate modes.

### 2. Live text selection in chat

You can now select new text while the chat is open and it updates automatically. No need to close and reopen.

### 3. Smarter first-message prompts

When using a built-in mode like Grammar or Translate, the chat pre-fills a clear prompt so you know exactly what it will do before you send.

### 4. Visual refresh

Consistent color scheme across the entire app UI for a cleaner, more polished look.

## Other Improvements

- Fixed an edge case where capitalization would incorrectly leak out of parenthetical text.
